The Missouri Brain Injury Advisory Council has re-elected Shane Mecham as its Chairman. Governor Nixon first appointed Mr. Mecham to the Council in 2012. The MBIAC advises the governor on legislation designed to prevent brain injuries and assist survivors. Mr. Mecham was first elected Chairman in 2013.
