At its Spring 2023 Conference, the American Bar Association Fidelity Surety Law Committed released the new edition of its Payment Bond Deskbook.  This volume is the definitive work on payment bond law in each of the fifty states.  The ABA turned to Levy Craig attorneys to author the chapters on Kansas and Nebraska.  Jason Leiker, Jim Breckenridge, and Eric Hurtt wrote on Kansas law.  Shane Mecham, Paul Overbee, and Michael Tamburini wrote on Nebraska law.  Levy Craig litigators are often invited to speak and write on fidelity and surety law topics.  This latest edition further reflects Levy Craig’s long-standing reputation for having expertise in this nuanced area of law.
