Attorney Jake Doleshal is representing a woman who had a mechanic’s lien put on her house.  He was able to convince the Cass County Court to dismiss the lien.  There is an exceptionally high bar to prevail on a motion to dismiss, and courts rarely grant them.  However, Jake was able to convince the Court that such an early remedy was appropriate in this case.  His case was so compelling that the Judge ruled from the bench immediately following counsels’ oral arguments.  It means that these claims against our client have been dismissed with minimal time, expense, and energy on her part.  Levy Craig is sensitive to the burden that litigation imposes on our clients.  We strive to achieve the best results as quickly and efficiently as possible.
