Shane Mecham recently defended Hartford Fire Insurance Company against a claim that Hartford breached a settlement agreement related to payment and performance bond claims. Shane convinced the Northern District of Georgia to dismiss the lawsuit. On July 13, 2021, the 11th Circuit affirmed that dismissal. Jim Breckenridge and DeAnna Woods worked with Shane on the briefs.
