On December 9, 2019, Levy Craig attorneys Jim Breckenridge and Shane Mecham presented a webinar for the American Bar Association.  The CLE was entitled, How Sureities Can Avoid False Claims Act Violations and was hosted by the Fidelity Surety Law Committee.  Attorneys and surety professionals from across the country logged in to listen to the presentation.  It focused on a summary judgement that Jim spearheaded for a Levy Craig surety client.  Shane is a frequent author and speaker on surey and fidelity topics nationwide.
