The Levy Craig Law Firm, P.C. is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Bauer and Michael Tamburini have been elected Shareholders.

Jeffrey joined the Law Firm in 2014 and devotes his practice to all aspects of business and real estate transnational work, with an emphasis on retail and industrial real estate development projects. He also serves as the Vice-Chair of the KCMBA Real Estate Committee and sits on the KCRAR Commercial Board of Directors.

Michael joined the Law Firm in 2014 after practicing nearly seventeen years with national-tier firms in loan enforcement, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts around the nation. He also has eight years of experience as a C-level executive and general counsel in the heavily regulated industry of health care.  Since joining Levy Craig, Michael has expanded his practice working with surety companies and serving as counsel to court-appointed receivers or as the court-appointed receiver for distressed companies.  Recently, Michael served on the Missouri Bar Commercial Law Subcommittee that drafted and submitted to the Missouri legislature a new Assignment for the Benefit for Creditors statute. Michael is a member of the Kansas and Missouri Bar Associations, and the KCMBA Business Litigation Committee. Michael graduated with his J.D. in 1987 from Washington University School of Law. He earned his MBA from the University of Kansas Graduate School of Business in 1978 with a finance concentration, and a BS degree in business administration from Kansas University in 1977. Michael also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frank. W. Koger, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Western District of Missouri.
