Startup to retirement: That’s the breadth of legal expertise Andrea Ridlen offers her clients. As a business, real estate and estate planning attorney, Andrea helps clients establish businesses, complete real estate transactions and plan for asset management and distribution. When necessary, she sees matters through to trial.

Beginning with the desired result in mind, Andrea gives clients a solid start by structuring their businesses to maximize gain and minimize risk and exposure.

Her extensive real estate knowledge helps clients protect their commercial and residential properties – most people’s principal assets – and accomplish their individual goals, whether the objective is to structure a profitable investment, develop and improve communities or purchase, lease or retain property for their homes or businesses. Andrea’s work has included helping clients complete multi-million-dollar real estate acquisitions.

For clients who have worked for years to earn or maintain assets, Andrea makes sure those resources are protected. “I find creative, individualized solutions that help clients direct their assets,” she said. “Often, I save clients money by helping them avoid probate fees and estate taxes, planning to avoid litigation or setting them up for success if a trial is necessary.”
