Litigation

Litigation is inherently high-stakes. Many clients feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or anxious about what lies ahead and are unsure about its implications for their business or personal lives. Brian Tadtman recognizes the uncertainty they face, and he sees his role as more than just resolving legal disputes — it is an opportunity to help his clients navigate some of the most challenging moments they encounter.

“I find it rewarding to bring structure, strategy, and clarity to that chaos by analyzing the facts, anticipating risks, and advocating decisively on their behalf,” he said.

Clients turn to Brian for thoughtful, steady guidance and practical solutions to a wide range of legal matters, including business and commercial litigation, construction defect and construction-related disputes, contract disputes, residential and commercial real estate litigation, personal injury disputes, and complex, high-stakes civil litigation requiring a trial-ready strategy.

“Helping clients understand their options, regain a sense of control, and move forward with confidence — whether through resolution or trial — is what makes litigation work both meaningful and professionally fulfilling to me,” said Brian.

I am a trial-tested, straight-talking advocate who anticipates opposing strategies early and gives clients clear, practical guidance, helping my clients stay confident and in control during high-stakes, stressful litigation.
