On January 7, 2025, attorney Anna Meyer first-chaired a bench trial on behalf of the firm’s clients in Clay County, Missouri. The trial involved complex issues of prescriptive and descriptive easements. Ms. Meyer succeeded in winning the case for our clients. A 2021 law school graduate, this case was Ms. Meyer’s first opportunity to first-chair a trial. Litigation Department Chairperson, Shane Mecham, attended the trial as the second-chair attorney in support of Ms. Meyer’s advocacy.
