Shane Mecham has been invited to speak at The Fidelity Law Association Annual Conference in Chicago on November 9, 2016. He and David Spielbauer of CUNA Mutual Group will discuss different states’ laws interpreting the causation necessary for coverage under a fidelity bond. The two have also written an article on that topic entitled, “Post Hoc, Ergo Propter Hoc: A Fifty State Survey of Causation in Fidelity Bonds” that will appear in this year’s Fidelity Law Association Journal.
