On March 17, 2016, Jason Leiker and Shane Mecham successfully secured a $1,250,000 settlement on behalf of their clients against Travelers Insurance Company. The claim was for UIM benefits under two separate Travelers Insurance Company policies for damages sustained by their client, a young woman who was severely injured in a 2010 motor vehicle accident.  It represents the combined limits of both policies.  Her settlement was achieved without filing suit, and within a month of making demand on the insurer; a true reflection of Mr. Leiker’s and Mr. Mecham’s commitment to aggressively advocating for their client’s interests.  Thanks to Mr. Leiker’s and Mr. Mecham’s tireless efforts, this young woman will be able to afford the future medical expenses that she will incur as a result of this accident and her family will be well taken care of for years to come.
