Jason S. Leiker is known for fast, but effective ramp-up. In both the corporate world, where he worked before he became an attorney, and the law firm environment, his experience with broad-based business issues means he can capably represent clients in their business disputes, whether the issues result in litigation or alternative resolution. Jason’s vast experience includes banking, employment, commercial matters, insurance and construction.
“My background professionally and educationally is such that I can hit the ground running for clients on multiple issues and serve their legal needs across the board,” Jason said. “I learn a client’s business inside and out and treat it as if it were my own.”
In his construction industry representation, for example, Jason has served several clients whose cases involved horizontal directional drilling. This technique is subject to numerous regulations, resulting in very complicated legal issues when drills hit major underground utilities. Jason’s deep understanding of this and other industry practices places him on a short list of area lawyers who can quickly and proficiently handle such complex cases.
“I commit to my clients with all the ability and passion I possess,” Jason said. “From there, I make sure I outwork the other side and aggressively represent the client’s interests. When the client has success, either in litigation or in business, that’s the ultimate reward.”
Jason joined Levy Craig in 2015.
