David is a born competitor. From the time he first went mountain climbing as a boy to earning the title of two-time, all-conference basketball player in college, David has been at his best when faced with a challenge and an opponent. It’s his edge. Naturally, the athlete would go on to choose a profession where he could leverage that competitive spirit.

Today, the man who used to command the basketball court now has a command of the courtroom few peers his age can claim. He has taken more than 100 depositions, logged countless hours arguing motions, tried multiple trials, both bench and jury, as the sole counsel, and partnered with a colleague in several others.

David’s skills aren’t limited to the courtroom, though. Bottomless stamina and a mind for strategy – characteristics he developed early in life – help him excel at seeing a case through, start to finish.

“From the minute a case walks in the door until it’s settled or goes to trial, I handle all aspects,” he said. “I take ownership of the situation, the challenges and the desired outcome.”

David joined Levy & Craig in 2007. Prior to that, he practiced general litigation and insurance defense at other area law firms.
