If Greta could custom-order her cases, she would always choose the ones that involve the utmost levels of complexity.
“Because I like a high degree of intellectual stimulation, I find any litigation practice that involves complex legal issues rewarding,” said Greta, who has been a litigator for more than a decade. “Surety and fidelity litigation does not disappoint.”
The Kansas City, Mo., native joined Levy Craig in 2010 after working previously at two of Kansas City’s largest law firms. She has developed particular expertise in surety and fidelity litigation, commercial litigation and commercial bankruptcy litigation, and says that clients can expect to receive “big-firm experience at a small-firm price” when they work with her.
Greta is known for her detailed and thorough factual investigation and legal research. She’s a stickler for efficiency, both personally and professionally, a skill that benefits clients as she works their cases. Her penchant for avoiding waste in time and resources also aids Greta in advising clients about the best legal actions in their particular situations, whether that means settling or trying a case.
“No client victory is any greater than another,” she said. “Each time I obtain a favorable result for a client, I am satisfied.”
