Rob Pitkin Named President of Levy and Craig
Rob Pitkin, a shareholder at Levy and Craig, P.C., since 1998, has been elected as the firm's President. Pitkin joined the firm in 1992. He primarily practices construction law, specializing in contract and payment disputes involving mechanics' liens and payment bond claims; business litigation, from fraud and tortious interference cases to claims involving breach of asset purchase agreements; and employment law, emphasizing negotiation and litigation of employment contracts.
Pitkin earned his J.D. at Wake Forest University School of Law in 1986. He writes frequently on legal topics and has been named a Missouri "Super Lawyer" since 2005.
In addition to his new role at Levy and Craig, Pitkin was 2007 chairman of the Heart of America Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, the first attorney to serve in that role. He also is a 2006 graduate of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions program.
